VPS is excited to be exhibiting at NTC, April 12-14 2023 in Denver, Colorado. The Nonprofit Technology Conference, or NTC, is the annual gathering of people who want to make the world a better place through the skillful and equitable use of technology. The event is hosted by NTEN. The event is also available virtually for those who cannot attend in person.

NTEN’s mission is to build transformative power by connecting people who are putting technology to work for social change. It’s clear that this event will put an emphasis on the commitment to social change with real opportunities to see how organizations put technology to use for their missions.

The conference features 4 main themes: Community, Knowledge, Equity, and Inspiration. The learning tracks of the event feature center around Program Management, Fundraising, Marketing Communications, IT, leadership and digital inclusion. Sessions include topics around CRM, constituent engagement, fundraising tools and other real world case studies of technology in action.

VPS will be exhibiting at Booth #309 at this year’s event. We’re looking forward to interacting with the nonprofit community and sharing our successes with those in attendance.

Help Us Fight Food Insecurity!

If you’ve been following VPS, you know how proud we are of our partnership with WhyHunger, and how we helped them deploy Twilio Flex to run their Hungerthon and support center for their Find Food Database. VPS staff will be on hand to discuss this great success story with event attendees.

We’re excited to announce that we are partnering with Hunger Free Colorado during the event. Hunger Free Colorado’s mission is to connect people to food resources to meet existing needs and drive policy, systems and social change to end hunger.

During the event, visitors to our booth, either in person or virtually, will have the opportunity to donate to this great cause using a secure, Twilio-powered donation tool built by VPS. We’ll have some great thank-you gifts on hand for all who participate! We see this as a great opportunity for nonprofits to see a simple but powerful example of technology in action.

Visit with our Friends from Twilio.org

This event is a great chance to highlight our partnership with Twilio.org, and Twilio will have folks on hand to join in on this event. First, don’t miss a session hosted by Emily Miller titled “Democratizing Immigration Justice via Text.” This session takes place Wednesday at 10:30am MST, and will discuss Hola Asistente, a multi-lingual and free text-based immigration assistant powered by Salesforce and Twilio. Hola Asistente texts case details to immigrants, alerts them of any changes and guides them on their journey. Emily will discuss how growing adoption of this innovative tool is unlocking systemic access to justice by capturing real-time trends in immigration law.

Additionally, VPS Booth #309 will be a great place to meet up with other representatives from Twilio.org who are attending the event. We hope to see everyone there!
