Jim Schweitzer, Director of Commercial Technology Services at Vision Point Systems, will be presenting at next week’s 2nd Annual Medical Communications and Information Summit in San Diego. Jim will be presenting on “Key Considerations in Call Center Management for Maintaining a Unified Message,” specifically for Medical Information call centers for the pharmaceutical industry.

Jim’s presentation will lay out some of the common pitfalls that MedInfo call centers face today, covering compliance, operations, geography and technology. He’ll look at how the risks compare when operating an in house vs. an outsourced call center, how the issues impact the customer (often overlooked within pharma), and finally how modern technology can improve your situation. It should be an eye-opening event, and I’m looking forward to being able to share the buisness and technology experience from those within our company with pharmaceutical industry representatives.
