Exploring VPS’s Performance Testing Partnership with Deloitte

Vision Point Systems has pioneered methodologies for performance testing within the Appian sphere. In 2019, VPS had the opportunity to partner with Deloitte to bring our expertise in quality assurance and performance measurement to a critical, large-scale Appian deployment for the Federal Government. Through the continued partnership, VPS brings Appian development and performance testing expertise to Deloitte customers.

At Appian World 2021, VPS’s Justin Harrison met virtually with Christine Hutchison, Specialist Leader at Deloitte to discuss how performance testing drives success. During the conversation, Christine shared many valuable insights into the positive impact that early performance testing can have on the user experience, acceptance of new systems, and on customer satisfaction – whether the end-user is an internal employee or an external, paying customer interacting with the platform.

Christine shared some of the reasons Deloitte chose VPS as a partner for this program, citing our experience with both performance testing and the Appian platform in general, maturity in the marketplace, and success with our customers in both understanding and achieving their Appian goals.
