Next week promises to be a busy and interesting week for a few of us at Vision Point Systems. I’m on my way to Brussels for an ISPE conference on Improving Productivity with Risk-Based Validation. The IT track of this event will focus on the prospect of validating “modern” technologies such as cloud service providers and virtualized server hardware.

Yong Lee is on his way to Philadelphia for a conference on Interactive Response Technologies for the Clinical Trials. This should be a great venue for exchanging ideas on best practices in this specific application and to trade stories of success (and otherwise).

Bob Murphy will have a virtual seat at the table for Genesys’ Virtual Summit on Hosted Contact Centers. The question of value between hosted telephony versus premise-based equipment would seem to be a common thread running through each of these.
